A well-established construction company in Bahrain is seeking a skilled and experienced Boom Loader Operator to join our site operations team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating heavy equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency in material handling and site logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the boom loader safely and efficiently at various construction sites
Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment as required
Perform daily checks and basic maintenance of the machine
Follow site safety rules and comply with equipment operating procedures
Coordinate with site supervisors and logistics teams for material movement
Report any equipment faults or operational hazards immediately
Requirements:
Valid Boom Loader Operator license/certification
Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating boom loaders, preferably in the GCC
Knowledge of heavy equipment safety standards and practices
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments
Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
