Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation
Assist in implementing IT projects and upgrades
Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and updated
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and network configurations
Familiarity with security protocols and data protection measures
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
