Job Qualifications:

• UAE experience is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
• We need someone who is always focused on office tasks and overall workplace responsibilities, and not constantly on their phone throughout the day.
• We need someone who keeps the office clean and organized, especially the workplace area. The cleanliness of the office should be checked every day, including the work done by the cleaners.
• Answering phone calls, receiving visitors, providing general information about the company, and answering inquiries related to activities conducted by the company.
• Making & serving tea to Owner & Guest
• We need someone who can handle and keep track of the owner's real estate business.
• We need someone who can properly organize and monitor all family• related files of the owners, and occasionally handle hotel and flight bookings.
• Responsible for providing administrative and support services to the
• Owner(s).
• Organizing files, preparing documents, managing office supply and scheduling appointments.
• Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of Dubai systems like Chamber and MOFA isa plus, but not required. Willing to be trained.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Knowledge in basic accounts
• Can do multi-tasking
