To oversee the supply chain function and for all materials, safe and proper storage management, lead improvements and add value to the organization with execution of professional and timely duty.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
• Manage the supply chain and logistics operations, people, manpower and other resources of the company and ensure safe and proper execution of logistics operations.
• Responsible for all audits/assessment by local and government authorities and report all details to SFM and conduct and complete timely audits/assessments.
• Supervise supply chain and other employees to ensure that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards and receive all required trainings for effective and efficient work of supply chain function.
• Responsible, lead, monitor, record and send MIS for all inward and outward movement of inventory, consumables, vehicles and equipment of the company.
• Responsible to comply with the approval matrix, prepare and retain all required documents for safe and proper logistic movement via road, water and air.
• Responsible and accountable for monthly inspection and physical stock taking of all inventory, vehicles and send MIS and ensure to keep all items in safe and good conditions.
• Develop and implement effective stock control and audit systems to ensure that all stocks are maintained at the levels necessary to meet the requirements of all necessary departments.
• To identify cost effective and efficient vendor/ service providers for transportation and consumables requirement.
• To select the right transporter for dispatch of material, negotiate with rates, finalize for approval.
• To optimize freight costs and to comply with all freight statutory requirements
• To integrate the material in SAP and Invoicing in SAP and report generation.
• Follow-up on pending orders of shipment from suppliers and expedite shipping process and make sure delivery is on time and send timely and regular reports to all Business/Sales team.
• Provide advice and guidance to company managers and staff on warehouse utilization, logistics, pallet control, transport costs etc.

Qualifications:
• Commerce graduate/Post graduate / Diploma or related qualification in supply chain, warehouse management and inventory with 05-07 years’ experience of warehousing and logistics in a SAP environment for manufacturing/project companies.
• Good communication verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills
• Age Limit – 25 yrs. to 35 years.
