The Assistant Director of Sales supports the Director of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. This role involves leading the sales team, building client relationships, and driving business growth through strategic planning and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to meet organizational goals.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales campaigns.
Assist in organizing sales training and development programs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services.
Support the Director of Sales in administrative tasks and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
