Property Listing Consultant
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Add and manage property listings on CRM and online property portals.
• Ensure all property information, images, prices, and descriptions are accurate and appealing.
• Coordinate with photographers and marketing teams for quality visual content.
• Liaise with property owners and agents to gather necessary documents and approvals.
• Conduct regular audits of listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with portal standards.
• Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements for visibility.
• Stay informed about current market trends and competitors' listings.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a real estate listing or admin role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with real estate portals, CRM systems, and MS Office.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• UAE driving license is a plus.
