The Emergency Registrar is responsible for delivering high-quality emergency medical care to patients in the hospital’s emergency department. The role requires working under pressure, making quick clinical decisions, and providing comprehensive patient management in accordance with hospital policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with emergency conditions.
Prioritize patient care based on the severity of conditions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Follow hospital protocols and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical support.
Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions and treatment options.
Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid Kuwait Medical License and NOC (No Objection Certificate).
Bachelor’s degree in the relevant medical specialty.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working in a hospital or clinic in Kuwait.
Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to patient care and medical ethics.
