Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Conduct legal research and compile relevant case law or regulatory information.
Maintain organized legal files and document management systems.
Support the legal team in compliance and regulatory activities.
Assist with monitoring legal deadlines and filings.
Coordinate communications with external legal counsel.
Prepare reports and summaries of legal issues as required.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Law or Legal Studies.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
Knowledge of UAE laws, legal procedures, and corporate regulations.
Excellent drafting, research, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
