Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
Book flights, hotels, tours, and transportation using booking systems.
Provide detailed travel itineraries and travel documentation.
Assist clients with visa applications and travel insurance.
Upsell travel packages and additional services.
Stay updated on travel industry trends, visa regulations, and destination information.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of global travel destinations, visa procedures, and booking software.
Strong sales and customer service orientation.
