Job Description:
– Handle booking and arrangement for travel enquires and request from sales office and other channels which comes through phone calls & emails
– Liaise with supplier to negotiate for better rate and/ or condition.
– Provide recommendation of hotels, restaurants and transportation based on customers’ requests & interests
– Provide information on travel visa & requirements
– Handle travel operations including reservations, standby at the hotel and/or assigned venue to ensure smooth tour arrangement
Note: Candidates with Tourism background with 2 to 3 years experience of experience working are preferred.
