Key Responsibilities:
Handle reservation requests from clients in the CIS market efficiently and accurately
Confirm bookings and provide detailed information on services, packages, and policies
Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain and update reservation databases and ensure data accuracy
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies
Stay updated on travel products, promotions, and market trends within the CIS region
Qualifications:
Proven experience in reservations, travel agency, or hospitality industry, preferably with CIS market focus
Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (additional languages are a plus)
Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
