Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for multiple event projects, ensuring alignment with company goals
Oversee project teams and manage client relationships at a senior level
Develop and approve project proposals, budgets, and schedules
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders
Drive innovation and best practices in project delivery
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in event management, with a track record of managing significant projects
Proven experience working across the GCC region
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to oversee complex projects and lead large teams
Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
