Social Media Executive (Real Estate)

Qualifications and Skills :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent video editing and production skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
• Experience with paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our brand objectives.
• Create high-quality short video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks) that resonates with our target audience.
• Curate and share relevant real estate news, trends, and industry insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Actively engage with our online community on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and Snapchat).
• Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages.
• Foster a positive and engaging online environment.
• Build relationships with influencers and industry partners.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.
• Analyze audience behavior and trends to optimize content strategy.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic.
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to reach a wider audience.
• Create targeted ad campaigns based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of paid advertising efforts.
