2–5 years of experience managing a D2C or e-commerce website
- Manage and update content on the website (products, banners, landing pages, blogs)
- Coordinate with developers/designers for bug fixes, improvements, and new feature rollouts
- Analyze user behavior and website analytics (Google Analytics, heatmaps, etc.) to identify opportunities for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- A/B test landing pages, CTAs, checkout flows, etc
- Ensure accurate tracking of orders, shipping, and returns through the platform
- Collaborate with digital marketing, social, and CRM teams to execute campaigns (email, ads, influencer drops)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing)
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
