Customer Service Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
• Respond to telephone inquiries with accurate information
• Maintain detailed records of all calls using Microsoft Office applications
• Collect complaints directly from customers or through branches
• Offer support to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Exchange house experience is a must)
• Graduate in Finance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be currently based in the UAE
