Joinery Production Manager

Job Location : United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the joinery production unit.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Lead and manage a team of joinery craftsmen, carpenters, and production staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance and training.
• Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee the procurement of raw materials.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment usage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop.
• Conduct regular safety audits and provide necessary training to staff.
• Manage production budgets and reduce wastage.
• Identify areas for cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with design, project management, and procurement teams to meet project specifications.
• Prepare and submit production reports to management.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Joinery, Carpentry, Woodworking, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in joinery production, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials, machinery, and processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and project specifications.
• Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
