Performance Measurement & Reporting:
Track innovation KPIs include idea submissions, conversion rates, and project outcomes.
Develop dashboards, insights, and reports to communicate impact and progress to stakeholders.
Opportunity Identification & Solution Design:
Collaborate with business units to uncover operational challenges and innovation opportunities.
Evaluate and prioritize ideas based on feasibility, impact, and alignment with organizational priorities.
Research, Benchmarking & Foresight:
Conduct research on emerging technologies, market trends, and industry innovations.
Benchmark internal practices against global innovation leaders and suggest enhancements.
Contribute to foresight analysis to identify future challenges and innovation opportunities.
Program Execution & Capacity Building:
Organize innovation challenges, design sprints, hackathons, and learning sessions.
Drive capability development through workshops and internal training in innovation methods.
Culture & Engagement:
Promote a culture of innovation through awareness campaigns, success stories, and internal communications.
Support innovation ambassadors and champions across departments to build grassroots engagement.
Collaboration & Change Enablement:
Work closely with departments such as HR, Strategy, IT, and Communications to drive adoption and sustainability of innovation efforts.
Contribute to change management initiatives related to new processes, tools, or solutions.
