Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with practical experience in supervising civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Supervision:
Directly supervise and manage all on-site civil construction activities, including earthworks, foundations, concrete works, drainage systems, roadworks, and utility installations.
Ensure all civil works are carried out strictly according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Monitor construction progress daily, identifying potential delays or issues specific to civil elements and proposing effective solutions.
Oversee the proper setting out of civil structures and elements, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating the delivery and usage of civil materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
Proven experience (minimum 5-7 years) in a supervisory role on civil construction projects.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.
Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards relevant to civil works in Bahrain.
Permit to work
