The Electrical Supervisor oversees the electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on-site, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and project specifications. The supervisor manages electrical teams and coordinates with other trades to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.
Assign tasks to electrical technicians and foremen, providing guidance and support.
Monitor work progress and report on project status to management.
Inspect electrical systems and components for safety and compliance.
Review drawings, specifications, and work plans to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with other construction trades to facilitate smooth project workflows.
Maintain documentation of work performed, inspections, and safety reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Supervisor for at least 10 years.
Relevant experience working with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) companies within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and local regulations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Based in the UAE with current work authorization.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: 5,000 to 8,000 AED per month
