The Revenue & E-Distribution Manager is responsible for developing strategies to maximize hotel revenue through effective distribution channels, online platforms, and pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and RevPAR.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and booking patterns.
Manage the hotel’s online distribution channels (OTA, GDS, direct booking platforms).
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive online visibility and bookings.
Set pricing strategies and monitor rate parity across channels.
Prepare revenue reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure the accuracy of online content and promotional offers.
Stay updated on industry developments and e-distribution best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in revenue management or e-distribution.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with revenue management systems and online distribution platforms.
