The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring high standards of guest service, and managing front office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising front desk staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Monitor reservations, room allocations, and check-in/out procedures.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Train and motivate front office staff to deliver exceptional service.
Prepare reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in front office or hotel operations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
