KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Implements operational excellence projects and initiatives as identified in the plan to meet
objectives and goals set.
2.Monitors company performance to identify/measure effectiveness of existing processes a recommends improvement initiatives.
3.Tracks process improvement activities by implementing internal audit programs to improve in current processes.
4.Partners with plant operational personnel to secure relevant data for identification improvement project definition.
5.Validates improvement opportunities using appropriate tools and assists in the building the improvement plans.
6.Provides support to the SME in specialized areas, including product stewardship, MS, process safety, risk mgmt., auditing, change.
7.Applies knowledge of operational environment to initiate actions/remove barriers for implementation of operational excellence.
8.Ensures compliance to all relevant safety/quality/environmental management
procedures/control, within a defined area of activity.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree related to business needs.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 2 years of related fields & industry
