Role responsibilities:

Monitors day to day plant process parameters
Handles the process engineering issues concerning plant change development, plant redesign, scouting and feasibility studies, new bases of designs, plant operation optimization, and operational support.
Provides input for preparation Department Capital and Operating budgets and monitor annual expenditure budgets.
Supports/ leads technical studies / surveys with teams within Tasnee or external teams for the Process Engineering and other related issues.
Operation and utility issue troubleshooting.
Ensures efficient performance of equipment and process operation.
Advises on procedures for reducing material and energy losses.
Prepares required management of change with regards to international process Engineering standards and Best technical practices.
Establishes priorities of process efficiency research and development such as polymerization, recovery system, catalyst system, extrusion new process technologies, improved process operations and energy systems.
Hydraulics Calculation and Equipment Sizing
HAZOP, PHA knowledge and experience
Reaction Kinetics and Catalysts Performance monitoring

Qualification and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical engineering
10 years minimum experience
PP plant experience Novlen technology
LDPE High pressure Technology.
Polymer Plant background
