Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant with over 5 years of relevant experience to support our administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintaining and updating documents and records
Assisting in preparing reports and presentations
Supporting office management and administrative tasks
Handling incoming inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Payment:
Salary paid after every 20 days based on timesheets
