Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager & Sales Person to expand our corporate and hospitality client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing high-value contracts and must possess strong industry connections, particularly within oilfield services, hospitality, and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil & gas, hotel, and residential compound sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at key companies.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to secure transportation contracts.
Represent SQETS in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Provide regular updates on pipeline, targets, and market trends.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales (preferably in transport, logistics, or hospitality services).
Strong connections with major oilfield companies such as TAQA, Halliburton, Vallourec, KCA Deutag, and others.
Good references and contacts in hotel & hospitality sectors or residential compounds are also accepted.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
Valid Saudi driving license is a plus.
