Responsibilities:
Manage and confirm reservations via phone, email, and reservation systems
Provide guests with information on dining options, availability, and special events
Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally
Update and maintain reservation records accurately
Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth guest flow
Follow up on reservation confirmations and cancellations
