Key Responsibilities;

Driver & Fleet Management;

Supervised and coordinated daily operations of a delivery fleet comprising 10–50 drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules and high service standards.
Strategically planned and optimized delivery routes to reduce fuel consumption, cut delivery times, and enhance driver productivity.
Utilized GPS and fleet tracking systems to monitor driver behavior, route compliance, idle time, and overall safety.
Conducted routine performance evaluations, delivered ongoing training, and enforced disciplinary procedures when necessary.
Ensured all fleet vehicles remained compliant with RTA and HSE standards through regular servicing, insurance updates, and vehicle registration.

Logistics & Distribution;

Oversaw dispatch and transportation of automotive spare parts between warehouses, showrooms, and customer locations across the UAE.
Ensured accurate packaging, documentation, and real-time tracking for all outbound deliveries.
Worked proactively to reduce incidents of loss, damage in transit, and customer complaints.
Coordinated with warehouse teams to ensure precise order picking, timely dispatch, and effective loading procedures.

Process Optimization;

Deployed route optimization tools and best practices to improve delivery turnaround and reduce fuel costs.
Analyzed dispatch and delivery workflows to identify bottlenecks and streamline operations.
Monitored KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, vehicle utilization, and driver punctuality to drive continuous improvement.
Cost & Compliance
Managed transportation budgets, controlling fuel expenditure, repair costs, overtime, and 3PL/vendor charges.
Ensured full compliance with UAE transport regulations, RTA licensing requirements, and internal HSE policies.
Handled vehicle accident claims and transit damage insurance processes efficiently.

Stakeholder Coordination;

Collaborated with sales, service, and customer care teams to ensure timely deliveries aligned with customer expectations.
Maintained communication with suppliers, 3PL partners, and government bodies for smooth logistics operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in transportation coordination or a similar logistics role.
Proficiency in using computer.
Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
Languages: English, Hindi & Malayalam (Preferred).
