Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to interviewing.
– Handle employee relations issues and provide HR policy guidance.
– Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws.
– Contribute to HR program development and implementation.
– Maintain accurate HR documentation.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– 4-6 years of HR experience.
– Proficiency in recruiting for blue-collar roles in manufacturing.
– Proven track record in HR roles within the manufacturing sector.
– Bilingual in English and Hindi (Required).
– Knowledge of HR best practices and UAE labor laws.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
