Job Summary:
Lead and supervise the front office team during your shift to ensure smooth hotel operations, excellent guest service, and adherence to hotel standards. Act as a point of contact for staff and guests, managing daily activities and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee front desk operations during the shift, including check-in/check-out procedures.
Supervise and motivate front office staff, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
Monitor cash handling and billing procedures.
Prepare shift reports and communicate relevant information to management.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Russian and/or Arabic languages.
Previous experience in hotel front office or supervisory role preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle guest needs diplomatically.
