Rayna Tours is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the growing influencer partnerships program. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and the creator economy. You’ll work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager to help scale our influencer efforts, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure that our collaborations run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Onboarding & Coordination:
- Identify and onboard new creators into the influencer program.
- Serve as the main point of contact for influencers during each campaign.
- Ensure influencers have all required assets, information, and tickets before the collaboration begins.
Content & Campaign Management:
- Develop creative briefs and clear content guidelines aligned with brand objectives.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards and deadlines.
- Request and manage content approval from influencers and liaise with the Influencer Marketing Manager for final sign-off.
Database & Reporting:
- Maintain and regularly update the influencer database with accurate information.
- Track performance metrics and campaign deliverables.
- Add new influencers to the database and assist in evaluating their performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, social, and sales) to repurpose influencer content across marketing channels.
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure timely ticket delivery and collaboration reminders.
- Follow up post-campaign for content delivery and feedback.
Trend Monitoring & Research:
- Stay updated on the latest influencer, social media, and content marketing trends.
- Research emerging creators and platforms that align with Rayna Tours' brand.
Administrative & Financial Support:
- Assist in managing influencer agreements and contracts.
- Coordinate invoicing and payments for creators.
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and reports.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Internship or prior experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital content.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with influencer platforms/tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Passionate about travel, social media, and working with content creators.
