Key Responsibilities:
Formulate procurement plans aligned with project schedules and budgets
Issue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors
Establish and maintain strong supplier/vendor relationships to ensure quality and delivery performance
Coordinate with project teams to forecast material requirements and schedules
Monitor procurement activities, track orders, and manage procurement documentation
Ensure procurement processes adhere to LOFT Contracting policies and UAE regulations
Conduct supplier performance evaluations and implement improvement initiatives
Manage procurement team and oversee day-to-day procurement operations
Identify and mitigate procurement risks and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8- years of procurement experience in construction or EPC projects, preferably in the UAE
Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
Knowledge of UAE procurement laws and standards
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
