Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for MEP projects
Manage tendering processes, contracts, and procurement activities
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify quantities
Track project costs and prepare variance reports
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on contractual and financial matters
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, standards, and safety regulations
Assist in dispute resolution and claims management
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the MEP sector
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and cost management software
Excellent negotiation and contractual skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
