Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative and clerical operations of the school
Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with parents, staff, and visitors
Maintain student records, attendance, and administrative files
Coordinate school events, meetings, and schedules
Support admission processes and enrollment documentation
Assist with procurement and inventory management of supplies and materials
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure effective communication
Ensure compliance with school policies and UAE regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in the UAE, preferably in an educational environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Knowledge of school operations and UAE educational standards is a plus
