Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-line technical support to employees
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
Maintain documentation of support activities and solutions
Assist in the setup and maintenance of servers, backups, and network equipment
Coordinate with vendors for hardware or software repairs
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in IT support or related role
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common enterprise applications
Familiarity with network troubleshooting and security protocols
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
