Receptionist
Job Location : UAE
Main Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, screen and direct calls to relevant personnel.
• Dispatch customer service requests to advisors and track progress with customers.
• Manage communication between customers, advisors, and service providers.
• Relay messages and provide information to callers.
• Direct visitors to their destinations and handle public inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of staff movements within the organization.
• Provide administrative support and prepare correspondence.
• Receive and organize mail and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar system.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained.
• Work flexible shifts, including days and nights, based on management requirements.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer care and operations within an automotive workshop environment.
• High school graduate or degree is an asset.
