Reservations Supervisor
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Professionally greet guests with the highest standards and maintain overall responsibility for reservations and inquiries.
• E nsure all front desk staff adhere to the company's Cycle of Service at all times.
• Ensure that front desk staff is on duty and that the department is adequately staffed, with breaks organized in accordance with fluctuations in business volume.
• Report and liaise regularly with the General Manager regarding departmental performance and ensure they are informed of any relevant information or issues.
• Act as Duty Manager when required to address any issues that may arise during shifts.
• Liaise with customers regarding special functions and cater to their requirements and requests whenever possible.
• Supervise the coordination of VIP events, table bookings, and ensure table allocation is impeccable according to daily reservations.
• To produce a daily briefing sheet in a timely and accurate manner, listing special occasions, dietary requirements, table preferences, and highlighting VIP guests.
• To prepare Event Function Sheets.
Required Profile :
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with initiative.
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems.
