Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Draughtsman with experience in luxury residential projects, particularly ultra-luxury villas and mansions. The candidate will prepare detailed structural drawings and collaborate closely with design and construction teams to ensure precision and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed structural drawings and shop drawings for luxury villa and mansion projects
Review architectural and structural plans and coordinate with design consultants
Ensure drawings adhere to project specifications and local building codes
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to resolve technical issues
Update and revise drawings based on project changes and client requirements
Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions
Qualifications:
Proven experience in structural drafting for high-end residential projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software
Strong understanding of structural engineering principles
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Experience with luxury villa/mansion projects is a plus
