International Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and convert marketing-qualified leads into successful sales outcomes.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with international clients, delivering tailored solutions to their needs.
• Promote and present real estate properties to prospective clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Guide clients through the buying process, offering expert advice and support to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Achieve and exceed challenging sales targets, contributing to the growth of our real estate business.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international real estate sales, preferably gained in a similar role.
• Fluency in Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, or Thai, enabling effective communication with international clients.
• Australian or UK passport required for international travel and representation of our brand.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, ensuring seamless interactions with clients and colleagues.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
