Senior Property Consultant
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Develop and manage a strong client portfolio, identifying and addressing the unique needs of each client.
• Lead property viewings and presentations, articulating the unique selling points of each property to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate a smooth closing process for high-value transactions.
• Utilize market analysis to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations that will drive sales success.
• Actively participate in networking events and strategic marketing initiatives to promote our properties and enhance brand visibility.
• Mentor and support junior property consultants, sharing best practices and insights to foster professional development.
• Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and property listings in the CRM system.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and property valuations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and developing junior sales staff.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE.
