Sales Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team members.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about products or services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of sales-related activities.
• Monitor and track sales orders from inception to completion.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and other relevant documents.
• Collaborate with other departments to support sales initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
