Human Resources Manager
Job Location : Abu Dhabi , UAE
Key Accountabilities:
• Collaborate with the company's HR department to develop effective HR policies for contractors.
• Design and implement HR management and development strategies, encompassing recruitment and selection practices, discipline, grievances, training, development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture development, performance appraisal, and quality management.
• Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities, development plans, and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in cooperation with the maintenance team.
• Plan employee performance appraisals; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation, and development.
• Liaise with functional heads to understand necessary aspects and needs of HR development, ensuring they are informed of HR objectives, purposes, and achievements.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in human resources management, organizational development, process improvement, compensation, and staffing.
