Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all project documentation, drawings, and reports
Ensure document control procedures are followed and records are organized
Issue and distribute documents to relevant project team members
Track document revisions and maintain version control
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors for document submissions and approvals
Prepare reports on document status and assist in project documentation audits
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field
3+ years of experience in document control within construction or contracting companies in UAE
Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, or similar)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
