Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
Manage correspondence, filing, and documentation
Support HR activities and employee record management
Coordinate meetings and office supplies
Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Liaise with vendors and service providers
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration or related field
2+ years administrative experience in UAE
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous
