Key Responsibilities:
Oversee administrative functions and office management
Develop and implement administrative policies
Manage staff, schedules, and resources
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government authorities
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Prepare reports and manage documentation
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
7+ years administrative management experience in UAE
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
