Job Responsibilities:

Conduct inspection and verification of all mechanical materials received at site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and Aramco requirements
Review and validate receiving documentation including certificates, test reports, and packing lists
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials upon receipt
Verify quantities, markings, and physical condition of incoming materials and equipment
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies or damages
Maintain detailed records of material inspections, including non-conformities and corrective actions taken
Support the inspection team during material acceptance, rejection, or re-qualification processes
Ensure all material receiving activities adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards
Prepare and submit inspection reports and documentation for review and approval

Requirements:

Valid Aramco approval as Material Receiving Inspector (Mechanical)
Proven experience in oil & gas projects, specifically in material inspection and receiving processes
Familiarity with relevant standards (ASME, API, ASTM) and project procedures
Strong understanding of mechanical materials, certificates, and inspection techniques
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a freelance or rental basis role
Valid Iqama / Muqeem and relevant certification documents
