HR Executive
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Contribute to the overall HR strategy and contribute to the improvement of HR processes.
• Support other HR functions as required.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience in recruitment, payroll administration, and employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
