Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for hospital staff, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and HR records.
Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring all documentation and licensing requirements are fulfilled.
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
Liaise with recruitment agencies and external vendors as needed.
Ensure all recruited staff possess the necessary licenses and certifications required to work in UAE healthcare.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and medical licensing procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
