Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for managing human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance, to ensure a productive and compliant work environment at ICS.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Administer payroll, benefits, and attendance systems.
Provide guidance and support to staff regarding HR-related issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions professionally.
Organize training sessions and workshops for staff development.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as HR Officer or similar role.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
