Job Description:
Manage table reservations via phone, email, or reservation system.
Provide guests with information about the restaurant and available services.
Confirm reservations and update reservation records accurately.
Coordinate with the floor staff to manage seating arrangements.
Handle special requests and VIP bookings.
Assist in managing waitlists and optimize reservation flow.
Requirements:
Previous experience in reservations or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office.
