Handle reservations requests via phone, email, and online systems, ensuring accurate and timely booking management. Provide excellent customer service to Arabic-speaking clients and assist with inquiries related to bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to reservation requests promptly and professionally in Arabic.
Manage booking data accurately in the system.
Confirm reservations and communicate special requests.
Assist with modifications, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
Provide information about hotel facilities and services.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Arabic and English.
Previous experience in reservations or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
